Financial Overview
The purpose of this document is twofold: to provide our members and their elected leadership the comprehensive and accessible budgetary information necessary to make informed decisions about the Association’s future, and to lay the groundwork for appeals to friends of LASA—past, current, and future members and others inspired by our institutional goals—to support the agreed-upon transformative efforts with their time, critical engagement, and philanthropy.
Financial Audits
An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosures in the combined financial statements.
Minutes of the Executive Council
The LASA Executive Council is responsible for discussing different matters related to the Association and its members and for taking all necessary measures in the interest of the Association. To this end, the president leads the meetings of the EC where topics of interest to the members are discussed and voted, at least once a year, according to the Constitution and Statutes of the Association.

All active members are cordially invited to attend the annual LASA Business Meeting / Rendición de Cuentas. Each year the LASA Business Meeting is scheduled on the first day of the annual international Congress.
