What is the process should I follow to request booth space for the LASA2023 Exhibition?

Reservations should be made electronically within the exhibitor online reservation system. Please contact LASA at exhibits@maestromeetings.org for any additional inquiries.

Online Purchasing

Do exhibitors at LASA2023 need to register? Is exhibitor registration free?

Three (3) exhibitors’ badges to access and attend all Congress activities are included with the purchase of the in-person booth packages: Double Booth Package Coal Harbour or Single Booth Package Fairview. Exhibitors’ badges do not allow active participation in the Congress. Congress active participation requires to have an All Access subscription valid throughout the Congress.

Does the LASA2023 Book Exhibit have a cancellation policy?

Any cancellation before April 1, 2023, will be refunded less a $350 service fee. Any cancellation after April 1, 2023, will not be refunded.
