About the Book Exhibit Hall

The XLI International Congress of the Latin American Association will be a hybrid event: on-site and virtual. The on-site event will be held in Vancouver, Canada, May 24–27, 2023. 

Levy Show Service Inc. will be partnering with LASA to support shipping and customs procedures to enable a smooth process in and out of Vancouver.

Deadline to purchase and submit materials for the Congress Hub, mobile App, and/or the PDF version of the Congress Program Book.

March 24, 2023

The deadline to be listed in the LASA2023 Congress print program has passed. Advertisements, exhibit booths, and sponsorships purchased after March 24, 2023, will appear in the Congress Hub, mobile App, and/or the PDF version of the Congress Program Book, but not in the printed program book. 

Twenty percent (20%) discounts are offered on our in-person exhibiting packages to LASA Partner Institutions.

All prices are listed in US dollars.

Full payments are due at purchase.
