Deadline to be listed in the LASA2023 Congress print program. Advertisements, exhibit booths, and sponsorships purchased after March 24 will appear in the Congress Hub, mobile App, and/or the PDF version of the Congress Program Book, but not in the printed program book. 

April 1, 2023

Deadline to cancel any purchase. Any cancellation before this date will be refunded less a $350 service fee. Any cancellation after April 1, 2023, will not be refunded.

May 1, 2023

Deadline to send ads for the customized meeting room screens.

May 7, 2023

Deadline to purchase and submit materials for the Congress Hub, mobile App, and/or the PDF version of the Congress Program Book.
