About the Virtual Exhibitors Gallery

The Virtual Exhibitors Gallery is an online site for exhibitors and publishers within the LASA website and the LASA2023 Congress Hub. Due to the success of the online exhibitor’s gallery in the past two years, we are expanding this opportunity for exhibitors to purchase space at LASA2023.

Content may include exhibitor’s URL, contact information, photos, and details on an unlimited number of books, videos, and much more. As an administrator of your site, you are able to edit the content at any time.

User-friendly format allows exhibitors to set up a web page on the LASA website and LASA2023 Congress Hub.
Virtual booth access will be granted in January 2023 and the site will be live until May 31, 2023.
Edit content throughout the year.
Includes three (3) exhibitors’ badges to access and attend all Congress activities on-site or virtually (Congress participation requires to have an All Access subscription valid throughout the Congress)

Deadlines

May 7, 2023

Deadline to purchase and submit materials for the Congress Hub, mobile App, and/or the PDF version of the Congress Program Book.

March 24, 2023

The deadline to be listed in the LASA2023 Congress print program has passed. Advertisements, exhibit booths, and sponsorships purchased after March 24, 2023, will appear in the Congress Hub, mobile App, and/or the PDF version of the Congress Program Book, but not in the printed program book.

All prices are listed in US dollars.
