Registration Costs
REMINDER: All accepted participants must be registered by March 14, 2019. If accepted participants are not registered by March 14, 2019, the participant will be removed from the program.

Registration fee includes:

Local Students and Scholars registration is only for students and scholars who are New England residents with no role in the Congress and no previous affiliation with LASA. Local students and scholars will not receive a certificate of attendance. Please, don’t forget to bring your university ID and/or state ID to be registered as a local student or local scholar.
The Day Pass allows entry to all activities and events during one day only and is not available for presenters or anyone with a role in the Congress. Attendees without a role may purchase the day pass on-site in the registration area. This pass does not include a participation certificate.
*Local Students and Scholars registration will be available after May 1st, 2019.
Registration Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS
Many more people would like to serve on panels than the Program Committee can accommodate. After discovering that participants agree to deliver a paper or act as discussants/chairs only to withdraw at the last moment, leaving panel spaces empty that others would have gladly filled, LASA has enacted a no-refund policy to encourage accepted panelists to fulfill their obligations to attend the meeting.
As a result, LASA does not refund conference preregistration payment if a registrant is unable to attend the Congress. Please finalize your plans to attend the Congress before preregistering.
