What process should I follow to request booth space for the LASA2025 Book Fair?

Reservations should be made electronically within the exhibitor online reservation system. Please contact LASA at exhibits@maestromeetings.org for any additional inquiries.

ONLINE PURCHASING

Do exhibitors at LASA2025 need to register? Is exhibitor registration free?

Three (3) exhibitor badges to access and attend all Congress activities on-site and virtually are included with the purchase of the Exhibit Booth.

Exhibitors’ badges do not allow active participation in the Congress. Congress active participation requires the purchase of a Congress registration.

Does the LASA2025 Book Fair have a cancellation policy?

Any cancellation before March 28, 2025, will be refunded minus a 20% service fee. Any cancellation after March 28, 2025, will not be refunded.

In-person & Virtual

All sessions and events of the Congress will be conducted in accordance with the local time in San Francisco, United States.
