About the Book Fair

The LASA2025 Book Fair will be a hybrid event: online* virtual booths and on-site, in San Francisco, United States, May 23–25, 2025.

The on-site Book Fair will be located in the Salon 9 on the B3 level of the San Francisco Marriott Marquis.

Exhibit Booth

Exhibitors may purchase up to two exhibit booths. Twenty percent (20%) discounts are offered on exhibiting booths to LASA Partner Institutions.

The purchase of each exhibit booth includes:

Back wall & Side Rail Drape
Standard Booth ID Sign
One (1) draped table (6' L x 30" H)
Two (2) chairs
One (1) wastebasket
One (1) Virtual Booth on the LASA Congress Website
Three (3) exhibitors’ badges to access and attend all Congress activities both on-site and virtually. Does not cover participation in the Congress. Participants must purchase a full registration.

Unless otherwise authorized, all purchases must be finalized by April 18.
