About the Book Exhibit Hall

The LASA2024 Book Exhibit will be a hybrid event: online* virtual booths and on-site, in Bogota, Colombia, June 12–15, 2024.

The on-site Book Exhibit will be held in the building Gerardo Arango Puerta of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.  

Exhibit Table

Exhibitors may purchase one or two tables. Twenty percent (20%) discounts are offered on exhibiting tables to LASA Partner Institutions.

The purchase of each exhibit table includes:

  • A complimentary virtual booth on the LASA Congress Hub and LASA website *prior to and during the congress
  • One (1) table with a tablecloth – size will be posted soon
  • Two (2) chairs
  • Three (3) exhibitors’ badges to access and attend all Congress activities on-site and virtually. Does not cover participation in the Congress. Participants must purchase a full registration.
