Christian Anwandter, María José Barros, Claudia Darrigrandi, Cynthia Francica, María Paz Oliver, Verónica Ramírez y Antonia Viu del Departamento de Literatura de la Facultad de Artes Liberales fueron parte del Congreso Internacional de la Asociación de Estudios Latinoamericanos, LASA, realizado en Bogotá, Colombia que congregó a más de 5.000 académicos.
“Reacción y resistencia: Imaginar futuros posibles en las Américas”, fue el título de la actividad que congrega la asociación profesional más grande del mundo para personas e instituciones dedicadas al estudio de América Latina. Con más de 13.000 miembros, LASA es la única asociación que reúne a expertos en América Latina de todas las disciplinas y diversas ocupaciones en todo el mundo.
A juicio de los académicos UAI esta instancia fue una oportunidad para conocer proyectos, recibir retroalimentación de sus investigaciones, crear nuevas redes de contacto, reforzar los trabajos interdisciplinarios y pensar en próximos proyectos.
