What process should I follow to request booth space for the LASA2026 Book Fair?

Reservations should be made electronically within the online purchasing system. Please contact LASA at exhibits@maestromeetings.org for any additional inquiries.

Do exhibitors at LASA2026 need to register? Is exhibitor registration free?

Three (3) exhibitor badges to access and attend all in person Congress activities are included with the purchase of the Exhibit space. Additional badges are
available for $30.

Exhibitors’ badges do not allow active participation in the Congress. Participation in a Congress session requires the purchase of a Congress registration or have a valid All Access subscription throughout the Congress.

Does the LASA2026 Book Fair have a cancellation policy?

Any cancellation before April 20, 2026, will be refunded minus a 20% service fee. Any cancellation after April 20, 2026, will not be refunded.

Can I select my own booth location?

To select your own booth location, you are required to use the online purchasing system. You may also change your booth location once it is selected, via the system. If
you choose to use the reservation form, a space will be selected for you.
