March 27, 2025	Deadline to purchase exhibition booths, sponsorship, and advertising materials for LASA2025. Deadline for exhibitors to submit Book Presentations.
March 28, 2025	Deadline to cancel any purchase. Any cancellation before this date will be refunded without a 20% service fee. Cancellations made after March 28, 2025, will not be refunded.
April 15, 2025	Deadline to submit sponsorship and advertising materials for LASA2025.
May 10, 2025	Names and ID#'s due to receive complimentary registrations
