MaestroMeetings is a non-profit organization whose motivation is to create and coordinate perfectly planned and organized events. To this end, we have a vast experience in conceptualization and development that ensures the success of your event. This experience has been gained over many years of organizing the annual congresses of our parent organization: The Latin American Studies Association (LASA).

We have also developed an innovative system for hybrid or virtual congresses, which organizes the normal course of your event in an orderly and friendly way, and is very useful for participants. Through this system, we can attend all the sessions, create our program, participate in film festivals, have access to virtual environments of publishers (book exhibition), promote sponsors, publish advertisers, etc. 

In addition to the above services, we have an extensive network of virtual hosts with proven experience in multiple meetings, located in different parts of the world, covering 24 hours a day, wherever the activity takes place.
