Elections are now open for the officers of LASA Vice president/President-elect, two members of the Executive Council, and treasurer. Please use the link below to read about the nominees and vote for the candidates of your choice.
ELECTIONS 2025: NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE SLATE
The deadline for voting is April 5, 2025. The newly-elected officers will assume their responsibilities on June 1, 2025, and will be introduced at the Business Meeting of the Association during the LASA Congress.
The winning candidate for Vice President will serve in that capacity until May 31, 2026, as President from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, and then as Past-President for an additional year. The two Executive Council members receiving the most votes will serve a three-year term from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2028. The winning candidate for treasurer will serve as incoming treasurer from June 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026; and as treasurer from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2028.
