Book Fair Key Dates

March 27, 2027	Deadline for exhibitors to submit Book Presentations.
April 27, 2027	Deadline to purchase exhibit booths, advertisements, and sponsorship opportunities. Deadline to submit ads. Purchases made after April 27, 2027, may not be listed in the Congress program.
May 1, 2027	Deadline to cancel any purchase. Any cancellation before this date will be refunded without a 20% service fee. Cancellations made after May 1, 2027, will not be refunded.
May 10, 2027	Names and ID#'s due to receive complimentary registrations.
June 15, 2027	Exhibitors set up.
June 16–20, 2027	Book Fair dates.
June 20, 2027	Exhibitors breakdown.
