Email blasts can include your organization's logo, direct links to a website, and contact information.
LASA will send this direct email to all registered participants and attendees during the Congress week.

All prices are listed in US dollars.

Full payment is due 30 days after receipt of invoice.

LASA reserves the right to refuse or request changes to the submitted ad.

Purchases made after March 27, 2026, may not be listed in the Congress program.

Unless otherwise authorized, all purchases must be finalized by April 20.

Materials must be submitted in electronic form only. Each ad should be sent via an individual attachment by email to exhibits@maestromeetings.org
