Insuperable progresismo

En las últimas semanas del 2019 asistimos al fin de un ciclo en Sudamérica. En cierta medida fue la crónica de una muerte anunciada desde la victoria de Mauricio Macri y el impeachment a Dilma Rousseff pero el golpe contra Evo Morales en un contexto de creciente descontento por su reelección y la derrota electoral del Frente Amplio en Uruguay cerraron definitivamente el primer ciclo de Gobiernos progresistas en Sudamérica en el siglo XXI.
